A Noblest Profession

    This blog is about the journey of an inspiring teacher, a teacher at first who lose hope if she can continue her studies in college due to lack of financial support. The blogger once aim to become a successful in achieving her dreams in life. Luckily, someone offer her if she like to become a working students without hesitation she grab the opportunity  to pursue her studies.  Despite all the struggles, circumstances and problems that she encounter  during those days she never lose hope, instead it serve as her motivation and inspire her to work hard and fulfill her dreams to  finished her bachelor degree. Who would thought that all the sacrifices she made was paid off. And now this blogger is now a certified a public servant in the  Department of  Education.

    The person behind this blogger was name Riza Mepaña. She is 31 years of age, a mother of 2 kids and currently residing in Poblacion Mahaplag, Leyte. She graduated her bachelor degree at Eastern Visayas State University, Burauen Campus last March 19, 2012. For some reason she did not pursue her profession yet, she work in a private company as a service crew, trainors ,Admin and as an Area Supervisor in Manila. That was year 2018 when she realize and decided to go back her in Leyte  to pursue her profession without knowing the process on how to apply in a public school. The first try that she apply in a public school she did not belong to the Registered Qualified Teachers because she dont have that NCII. Aiming to become a public teacher is not easy, for second time around she try and luckily she belong to the RQA last 2019 and got an item last July 2021. Its been 2 years of waiting an item due to pandemic, but God is good all the time if it is yours he will give it to you. Prayers are the best weapon in times you dont know and understand whats happening around you. 

    Its been two years in a service, and she is happy of what she is doing right now. Although it is challenging for her dealing with a huge number of students in every class with different attitudes and behavior but fulfilling in the sense that, the students are willing to learn despite of the 2 years gap due to pandemic. Looking at their eyes with eagerness to learn will help her motivate and inspire her to exert some efforts and applying some teaching strategies that are effective in teaching and learning process. She choose that title A noblest Profession because she believe that no other profession can compare how the teacher do to the learners in molding and preparing the young learners to become a better person as they want. As she believes also that teaching is a lifelong learning.
